Divin delivers all products sold at www.divin.com.tr to its customers complete with their certificates. In other words, a product certificate means the Divin’s Warranty Certificate. Unless otherwise stated, warranty period for the products purchased from www.divin.com.tr is 2 years. For the warranty to be valid, the customer should submit to Divin the product certificate (warranty certificate) together with the product. Divin warrants to replace or repair, for one time only, any stone or setting carrying a manufacturing defect provided the latter is returned within 1 year following the date of purchase. Extra charge will be claimed for subsequent replacements or repairs. In case the product is broken or damaged due to misuse or accident or in case its stone drops (exposure to impact, crush etc), this will be outside the warranty coverage. Any damage arising out of repair and/or maintenance procedures provided by other sources except for Divin stores are outside the Divin’s warranty coverage. Any purchase of a product from Divin’s website, www.divin.com.tr, means the terms and conditions stated above have been agreed and accepted by the customer. |
