
PURCHASE ORDER AND DELIVERY
Once your credit card, bank transfer or EFT payments are transferred to Divin’s accounts, your purchase order is finalized and processed. After the confirmation of your payment, it is proceeded with preparing your order. In case the process of preparing your product exceeds the period stated in divin.com.tr, you will be notified accordingly by email.
Your order prepared is delivered to the shipping/courier company during business days other than official holidays.
Once your order is delivered to the shipping/courier company, you will be notified accordingly by email. You can track the shipping progress of your order through our website.
In case your order cannot be delivered to you or the address you have specified, you can contact us by calling 0212 513 02 48 or sending an email to info@divin.com.tr.
In purchase orders where the invoice address and the delivery address are the same, the product is delivered complete with the invoice and the freight bill. Otherwise, the product invoice is delivered to the invoice address whereas the freight bill is delivered to the delivery address together with the product.
Please inspect your delivered order by a cross check with the documents/certificates submitted to you during the delivery. In case you find that the products you have ordered are missing, defective or different than your order, please reject the delivery, get the shipping/couring officer to issue a fact-finding report, and immediately communicate the situation to us by calling 0212 513 02 48 or sending an email to info@divin.com.tr.
Domestic shipping/courier service is free for all orders placed with www.divin.com.tr.
Any purchase of a product from Divin’s website, www.divin.com.tr, means the terms and conditions stated above have been agreed and accepted by the customer.
